This home is a 4,300 Sq.ft., three-level home in the Sunset Park neighborhood of Santa Monica. The home has light-filled open spaces with multi-generational living opportunities with dual kitchens and family rooms at both levels. The goal for this project was to create a net zero case study house with sustainable eco-friendly material and energy-efficient appliances as well as harness solar energy through a new solar flower technology that responds to sunlight. The roof deck not only brings the garden that was lost due to the construction of the home but also allows for installation of the solar flower on the roof deck.
