The house has a submerged basement for a garage and recreation room. The design embraces the MDRB’s guidelines and the unique attributes of a nearly flat half-acre lot. The house is nearly invisible from Mulholland Corridor as the structure is set back deep into the property with a dense layer of trees and vegetation in the front. The color palette is muted blending into the surrounding landscape and mountains.
